I have been a customer of B&H Photo since the eighties and have always found them to provide exceptional service and satisfaction and that was proven again today. I purchased the Sigma 100-400 on 7/31 and it arrived last thursday 8/3. Today 8/7 I noticed that there is an instant rebate of $50 plus a free Sigma 67mm filter and solar glasses. I called B&H and explained the situation and they immediately politely and courteously refunded me $50 and the filter and solar glasses are on their way. Another example, a few days ago I ordered a couple small items and a few minuets after placing the order I decided to add a hot shoe cover to the order which cost $2. A little while later I received an e-mail that said they couldn't add it to the original order since it had been sent to the warehouse but they would send it to me in a separate order with free shipping. That was more than I expected, the cover only cost $2 and the shipping cost more than the price of the cover and I could have waited and gotten it at a later date. But this is the type of service they give their customers and why they have such a loyal following. So for any new photographers looking for a place to buy camera gear I wholeheartedly recommend B&H.

No shipping charge and delivered earlier than indicated. My local shops did not have what I needed and the price was extremely low. Hershel monitoring the site is a major benefit that does not cost us a penny.
