I know, I know, stick with the tried and true "A-B-C"s. of retailers....
Been there, done that....
It's about availability and supply of used gear I am looking at. They have a 180 warranty on used stuff and an inventory of items of interest to me that are in short supply at the usual retailers--both locally and on-line. Hence my interest in looking at another source.
Anybody have good or bad experiences with this company?

They're part of Roberts, a respected camera shop out of Indianapolis. Have you looked for the same equipment at KEH?

Yes. It seems somewhat brand specific. I typically check KEH, Adorama, and B & H as well as two local retailers. Maybe just a temporary thing. I typically don't rush purchases so just looking for another source. I did not know they were associated with Roberts. Appreciate having that info.

Good company I think. I bought my 85 1.8d and a 1.4 teleconverter from them. There was a problem with the tele and they took it right back, no hassles, Everything comes with a warranty like you said. They don't have a big inventory but what I see is usually priced less than other sites. I always check there when I want something. And don't dismiss mpb.com. Good experience with them also.
