First day of summer

I took these two on the first day of summer. Today (June 22) it is raining and we set a new record for lowest temperature recorded on this date!

Even though the weather wasn't ideal you did an excellent job and I especially like the first picture, you have some beautiful scenery in that area.

Love the shots. Wish we could set a record low temperature where I'm at, but unfortunately it looks like we are in for triple degree heat for the next week. Oh well it was bound to come eventually. I particularly love the rainbow in the clouds shot, but they are both great.

Oh my, so enjoyed viewing both your lovely images presented wingincamera! I have a view of Mt Baker from my home but unfortunately Mt Rainier is just too far South for my being able to see it ~ thus you can imagine how your capture thrilled me to see. Many thanks!
