My wife and I went for a short drive yesterday and ended up at Fort Indiantown Gap. Took few of some of their static displays. Just a couple of quick shots.
1952 transported prisoners from Ft. Lee Va. to Indiantown Gap.
Indiantown Gap today is manned by the National Guard and is a training center mostly for helicopter pilots but also small arms and artillery. When climate conditions are right you can here the concussion of the live fire artillery practice here in Harrisburg.
