I have a T6i with the older 55-250 IS lens and it works fairly well for me, I was shooting eagles at Devil's Tower two weeks ago and it did a good job keeping them in focus.

I also have a Fotodiox doubler, but I find the camera generally won't autofocus with the doubler mounted. So if you really need a ~500mm lens, save up for a good one. And do some weightlifting, you'll need the arm strength! :-)

I like my 16-300 Tamron lens. It covers everything I need. I shot air shows, humming birds, cars, people and pets. I have never been disapointed with Tamron. I had there 16-250 great results. I have Nikon and my photo buddy Canon. We have not been let down with a Tamron.

Dont you think we had enough of your stupidity? If you are going to contribute something here related to the photography issue at hand, please do so. But if you are just coming here to show your superior knowledge about the english language, think again. Talk photography....better yet you have a link to your images? We get that you are a linguistic expert but do you actually know anything about photography?

Actually yes I do and I submit photos fairly often though not every single day as some do. You will find me occasionally in the macro section and in other sections as well. Sorry if you do not like my humor. Please try your best to get over it. As I recall my last post was not even addressed to you. I guess I missed the memo that made you the hall monitor for humor.

WOW!!! You are still keeping this up. I guess I really got under your skin, all because for whatever reason, you cannot spell. Maybe your time would be better spent to take some spelling classes.

Insulting me regarding my photographic expertise or lack thereof doesn't bother me. You are simply trying to insult me. I know from other comments that my photos are usually pretty good regarding subject, composition and focus. Do you really think your petty insult will bother me?

This has gone on now for two days and all because I tried very nicely to bring up a common word usage, Advice and Advise. That was the extent of it until you decided to get all uppity. My suggestion is to get over it and let's move on. I am sure in real life you are a nice enough person but you are not showing any of that with your continued posts on the subject.

If you belief some of the praises here are honest....may God have mercy on your soul. I would think about those spelling classes though, but after you take some photography ones. Its common here to sustain and even praise mediocrity. Im sorry to say, but your images are NOT good. But that's not the issue here. Have a good day.

Oh and the only one who came here with any uppity....was you. If you cant take it back, next time consider shutting up.
