Nikon D500 and external DPS device

I bought a Solmeta Geotagger Pro to use with my D500. But, I don't see a GPS setting in the D500 menu. Do you know if you can use a GPS device with the D500? I know I can use snapebridge and my iphone. Any info would be helpful.

I don't know what a Solmeta Geotagger Pro is, but look at pages 253-4 in your owners manual for GPS, and index p. 396. Solmeta, is that a type of Salamander?
