Does anyone have a site for framing photo's that is a good price
Much cheaper to frame your own. I even bought a mat cutter and learned how to cut mats, that's usually the most expensive part of framing non standard size photos. Most photos look better with a complimenting mat around them.

Try Jo Ann Fabrics in your town.
Basic matt cutting is not too difficult. Hobby lobby have their frames and matt board on sale every other week at half price. There are coupons all the time for 30 to 50% a single item, This brings the price of a matt cutter down in price. I use a LOGAN 32 inch. That is about the smallest you want to go. Go on youtube to watch demos on cutting mattes. After doing 2 you pay for the equipment. There are place on line to buy top quality matt board when you fell comfortable paying more.
MPIX does custom framing at a "fairly" reasonable price but nothing beats doing it yourself for real savings

If there is an A C Moore in your area, watch for their (frequent) 50% off one item coupon. Then, get the best mat cutter they sell!
I buy my frames from frame fit, in Philly, get mats and backing from Jerry's Artarama. In all cases, you can buy their minimums without paying out too much in cash, and have a nice inventory of mats and backing at a much more reasonable price.
If you just want to frame one item, nevermind the above advice!
And one afterthought: Some camera clubs have that sort of equipment for their member's use. "My" club is Berks Photographic Society (Reading, PA). We have an entire room dedicated to mounting and framing

I frequent AC Moore and Michaels. They always have deals on frames to keep their stock moving.
Yes, great for one or two frames, but if you can buy, say, a dozen 16 X 20s, you'll do much better wholesale. I figure, they're not bananas--they'll keep til I need them!
