Hearing Direct.com is advertiseing Rayovac #13 batteries package of 60 for $20.00 sounds to good to be true have any hogs ordered there & if so were they satisfied. thanks for any help.

I have bought packs of 60 hearing aids size 312 on Ebay for that price and cheaper and they worked fine.The brand I bought was icellTech.Go for it.

Hearing aid batteries do have an expiration date. Since they are an air/zinc chemistry that is not activated until you pull the tab off, they will likely be good beyond that date. Make sure you let them sit for 3-4 minutes after you pull the tab off before you put them in your hearing aid to give the chemistry a chance to start generating some power.

Although I don't use a hearing aid, I buy small batteries in lots of ten or twelve on Amazon. I can get a dozen for about the price of one in a local store. I wouldn't get a pack of 60 for myself because they would be dead by the time I got around to them. Ten or twelve are fine for me.

Thanks for that tip, I use hearing aids for the past 6 years and never knew this!

I have worn aids for 40+ years. I buy my 312 batteries at Costco. They last a week and come in packages of six 8 packs for $8.49.

That sounds right. I found the other via Google. I think your price is correct. I apologize for my link, which is confusing and probably incorrect. I do think the Kirkland brand is as good as other name brands. Costco does not manufacture hearing aid batteries. They are probably made by a common, popular name brand and packaged as Kirkland.

When I started with aides I got the RayOVacs (the only choice is our stores) and they proved to be short-lived. So I turned to Anazon and got Duracells that turned out to be frim Germany. They have been much, much longer lived. My aides take the 312s.

Just bought 48 pack of 312 @ Costco for $8.49, which is their regular price. I have been using the for a couple of years in my Costco hearing aids and they work fine.
