one of the towns we visited on our cross country road trip in the pickup
was Lafayette, Indiana. the celery bog nature area was beautiful and serene
and full of beautiful flowers, birds, deer, and all kinds of creatures. I only got
to spend an hour or so there, but would like to go back and stay all day.

It would have been hard to leave this place, Merry, but you certainly managed to get some very beautiful shots in the short time you were there. The colors are so fresh and 'summery', and I LOVE the couple of cuties in the second and especially the one peaking through the little branches!
