But I am supposed to go out of town for the day tomorrow and wanted to share these. Still working on getting focus in correct spot. Enjoy!

Gorgeous blossoms, Sandy, and I never get tired of seeing your Lensbaby shots. Love all the colors and compositions, and of course those dreamy backgrounds. The second shot is my favorite because of the beautiful blur and warm colors. Kathleen Clemons, watch out! Here comes Sandy!

Absolutely beautiful, Sandy! Now how could we ever grow tired of such works of art?!!

They are all very beautiful shots, Sandy! I understand about getting the focus where we want it. If I want to do it right, I should use a tripod.

KC is legions away but I am appreciative of your comment. I do study her work to try to see where she puts focus, etc. She is such a huge talent and someone we can all take inspiration from. Thank you. S

Your work is always lovely and shows me what the lens is capable of in hands such as yours. Thank you. S

Isn't the yarrow cool the way it twines?!! Thank you for your comments. Wanted to tell you the camera group I met with last night supported my theory of most men not liking blur. We had a 4 person,(one lady), panel that critiqued 57 diff. photos, not club member photos. Without exception they did not care for anything not sharp as a razor. Even one lovely, artistic, soft photo of a young Spanish girl that I thought was outstanding. Three of those on panel were photography teachers at this technical school where we meet. This school is highly thought of and sought out by those going into photography. One photo was of a single zinnia bloom with butterfly and wasn't the best I will admit but could have been brought into a beautiful being with LB. I mentioned this and was ignored. A soft landscape- the comment was that they would have fired the photographer. That is okay- there were "sharp" photos of tractor parts and industrial items and I could have cared. For what they were, they were good, But not for me. Guess that is just the way it 'tis and I that is good. Even though I don't see how they can't see the beauty. S

You are so right and I do use a tripod. Ruined too many by not doing so. Thank you and glad you liked. S
