I've done that before. I have an SX50 also and may have to try my hand at Macro with it.

Annie, a very enjoyable mix of up close and personal subjects... the SX50 does a wonderful job with macro, you know I have one and love it!

You have some really nice photos here, but the third one is definitely out of focus. I would have left that one out of the series.
