Gorgeous blossoms, Cathy! I love dahlias because they're so photogenic! You've done an awesome job of capturing their beauty in these shots. I love the composition, lighting and that special Lensbaby glow. The downloads are really special too. Keep 'em coming!

Thank you, Angela for the wonderful comment and thumb! When I look through my files, I find a whole host of pictures I never posted! Why? I'm not sure. I'm just glad I have them 'cuz it's so darn hot out there, I'm not anxious to go out to shoot.

It's always good to look back on your files, you never know what you'll find and realize you haven't posted. What I do is every time I edit and post, I put a black frame around it, then I know it's done. Then after a while, I go back and delete all the unedited ones, just to clean out my files.

That's a good idea to delete the unedited ones. I've done a little of that, but should go through the files systematically and just do it!

I think it's a good idea... I'm not mentioning what I use in that section, only if they ask! As you can see, the same post gets more looks in closeups than in lensbaby.... but I can understand, I don't look or comment in a lot of the other sections offered on here.
Guess what, my plastic optic came today and of course it rained most of the day, but I did run out to get a few shots... it is different, but I kind of like the unusual results it gives!
