Identification, please!

Walking my dog last night and (sadly) came across this dead bird. I thought the yellow coloring on the tail feathers would make identification from "Birds of Wisconsin" easy. Not so much.
I had no way of flipping the bird over to get another view, so any suggestions?

Many thanks. You are clearly correct. I'm going to have to claim that I missed the photo in the guide book because two pages stuck together ( Not really)

Flip it with a twig or stick if you don't want to touch it.

I'd think it is a Bohemian waxwing (Bombycilla garrulus). Perhaps heard "Bohemian Rhapsody" by Queen once too many times and expired. I've heard "Stairway to Heaven" and "Smoke on the Water" can have that effect too.
