Hi- I am an old photographer with a lot of new questions because I am delving into a lot of new photo venues. On Lightroom 3 I have put a lot of pictures in separate folders and now somehow they are all in one folder - just one photo event after another?! 3000+ pictures moved into one folder and I dont know why that happened or how to get them each back into a separate folder from lightroom3?! can anyone shed any light on this?

Visit Adobe web side and look for Adobe TV and than find LR = Light Room there is information to help you with your problems and more information.

I have done the same thing. When you are exporting the file, make sure that you have highlighted it. If you don't highlight it ALL of the files will go to that folder.
Thanks for your help - but what has happened is that all folders combined - I was not even exporting - all three or four folders of pictures ended up in one folder?! I must have done something really stupid!?
