Got a question and a story, I bought this Olympus OM-2 years ago off ebay, the story goes it was owned by National Geographic photographer that had just died and it was in his estate. This guy was supposed to be kind of strange, after he quit National Geographic he lived in Arizona where he entered and art contest where he submitted a piece was that consisted of a dead puppy encased in Lucite. Anybody ever heard of this guy . The seller of the camera seemed to think he was kind of famous

A dead puppy in lucite sounds like something Robert Mapplethorpe might do, but I don't think he was ever a Nat Geo photographer.

Well I didnt really buy it just for his prior ownership, I've had a soft spot for the OM 1- 2-4 Olympus film cameras. Although it was good( albeit sick) story.
