Corel is offering a free basic version of its AfterShot image processing software. This is not a 30 day trial offer; it lets you download a working edition of the software. I use Photo Shop Elements but downloaded AS3 and tried it out; I then paid the $19.99 for the "pro version". It seems like a nice little software package. If you're interested in trying your hand at post processing but don't want to pay an arm and a leg, the free version is a good place to start; you can pay the $19.99 if you want to.
