Time for an Intro.
Never was any good at this..lol
Okay here goes, I'm an almost 60 year old working gal with not nearly enough time to dedicate to my Photography, Landscape Photography is my Favorite, seconded by Macro.I enjoy experimenting with different settings to see what I end up with. I like to call myself a Mature Amateur Photographer, I've been playing with Cameras since I was in High School, Even delved into the Darkroom and processed my own Film or a time, just Monochrome, never did get into developing color.. I'm by no means a Professional, But I don't think I'm a real novice either..Here's an example of What I do..

Welcome. Looking forward to more posts.
Both great pictures!
Can I offer one suggestion - Water always is level, particularly, where water meets sky, the line will be pure horizontal. The only exception I have ever seen was at Niagara where the water begins to fall towards the precipice a full 1/4 mile above the falls. Any of the PP programs should have a leveling function, and leveling the horizon will greatly enhance the image.
Thank you glad to be here.
Thank you hope to learn something from Ya'll.
Is this better I leveled it but the little boat was chopped nearly off in the process.
Welcome to the forum! You will find that this is a great place to learn. Your deer shot is great - very well done. I agree that the water shot has to be level but it is a shame to lose the little boat. With some software you could straighten the shot keeping the boat and fill in the missing areas - could be something to work on in the future. It is a striking shot!
Welcome! Looking forward to your posts and pictures. Happy shooting!
Welcome to UHH Photogirl17, glad you joined us. I think even the second post of "After the Storm" needs to come down a little on the right side. Liked your posts, keep them coming.
Have fun, learn and enjoy the forum.
