It seems that the new British ship, the HMS Queen Elizabeth, may be using Windows XP. Odd choice.

This is interesting, but the article does explain the reasons for it and the security that has already been implemented. It also explains the potential to upgrade to later operation systems, but of course quite rightly, there is no comment on what the current position is.
