Abandon house 1st photo taken April 2 still winter here in Maine, the second on taken on June 23rd now summer. What a difference a month or so makes

Ron, very nice comparative shots. Other than appearing to be somewhat over grown in the summer picture, the house design doesn't appears to be all that old and looks to be in pretty good shape. I wonder why is it abandoned?
