Is anyone else having trouble with ON1 being expired? Probably has something to do with last update.
Ron
I have On1 Raw and my copy has not expired. In fact, it was upgraded recently to version 11.5.0. What makes you think your copy has expired? What version do you have? What platform and operating system are you using it on?
I did experience a problem this evening when exporting an image to be posted. For some reason the image was saved with a ".on1" name and the image could not be loaded or displayed in the usual fashion. /Ralph

Same as what I have. Got a window on starting program that says "Trial Period has Expired". Will not accept my log in, will not uninstall, e-mail bounces to ON1, web site will not accept my log on. Just checked, same has happened to my Wife's computer and our laptop. All are running Win7 64bit, but I doubt that has anything to do with it. Was working last night or early this morning (3 AM). Thankfully 10 still works and it updated since it hasn't been used for a while.
I bought the program before it was released, so I don't believe, but I may be wrong, that it is a trial.

Problem solved. There server has been down so no log in and reason e-mail bounced. What are the chances I would use the program when the server is down? In my case pretty good. Now if my chances were that good in playing the lottery, I'd definitely be a happy camper.

On1 Raw 2017, works great, good support also..
Just fine on my machine. Version 2017.5, also labelled 11.5.0.3736. My guess is that their server being down was the problem.
I have to wonder why more people on UHH haven't tried On1 as an alternative to Adobe products. My workflow still starts with LR, but I have and use On1 for specific adjustments and long term in case Adobe changes the CC pricing/availability.
It was a server problem. Did get an e-mail response from ON1 (even though MS said mine bounced to them) saying that they had server problem. Now all is well.
