This area of our rock garden is dedicated to this plant. It re-seeds itself every year. This often considered weed in Texas is also edible, but I've never tried it in a salad as recommended.

Prettiest bed of purslane I've ever seen, Ron, and I also learned something. I had no idea this plant was edible.

It's the green bits that are edible. Glad you liked the photo.
