Hey everyone! I've been shooting for about 5 years now and I'd like to think I've improved since I started. I moved out to seattle about 2 months ago but I'm traveling pretty constantly. This city is a MECCA of photographers which I wasn't expecting when I got out here. I've been shooting on a Canon 7D, but recently I picked up a sigma dp2 merrill and a pentax k1000 so I'm looking to sell my canon gear (Message me for deets) and go with either a Pentax k1 or a Pentax 67 (I have lots of limited glass from my dad/grandad). All photos are from the past month, the waterfalls are from hikes on opposite coasts.
Things I shoot: Landcape, Macro, Automotive
What I'd like to do more of: PORTRAITURE
Any tips on good photo spots in france appreciated, I leave on the 28th
CRITIQUES ALWAYS WELCOME!
Nice job but, I think one and two would be much better composed with a level horizon. The slant does nothing for me. Nice composition on the first two cars.

Picture number two is the best! It is a great composition and follows the requirements for a true piece of art, so the angle is is perfect.

Thanks! I've actually noticed that a lot of the photos I take have something in the image that parallels the frame. Those two photos I did that only because I didn't want other crap in the frame (other people, distracting lines)
Welcome to the forum. Great set of photos.
