Lizard Fire as seen from the Chiricahua National Monument

This is a shot of rock formations with the Lizard Fire in the background. This fire still has many under evacuation and has burned over 15000 acres with the monsoons upon us here the lightning will surely start more. The Rucker and Flying J fires are just to the south adding to the haze.

I didn't realize it had gotten so big. Nice shot, though.

It did make the composition more dramatic with the fire smoke in the background. They thought they had a good handle on it now but I have heard from neighbors coming from that way that it seems to have flared up again the fires are all around right now, not sure why the newer ones as no lightening this week. The Lizard, Rucker,
and flying J I think its called all were lightning strikes.
