Watermark aside.... I think it's a really nice shot and well lit. I like it as it's not the typical looking-at-the-camera pose and there is good background subject separation with the lighting, so I can see you have put some thought and effort into this. I like the close crop but as it is so tight (particularly to the chin) in this instance perhaps a "portait"(vertical) crop would give a better overall balance and eliminate that "slightly chopped" impression. I guess your idea for inclusion here was to show a little more of the background and your lighting technique? Extremely cropped portaits (as in no background and very little hair) can be very effective and really draw you to the features, even personality of an individual. Now... to your wife... you have a lovely model there and no excuse to not produce plenty of wonderful images you can both look back on and enjoy.
