I see your point about the bad analogy and your point about potentially giving up some rights if linking to images I do have rights to under these TOU. And I also am concerned that this thread is not being read by members of other section groups of UHH.

I can understand users who joined recently and enjoy some drama and fear mongering with their morning coffee. It's fun sometimes, I get it.
But seriously, people who joined years ago are talking about this as if this wasn't addressed in great detail? Really?

With JimH (I think) even starting a new forum to "save everyone from evil UHH Admin". Remember how much stink there was at that time? How did that work out?

I guess we need a fear mongering thread once every other year. Or whenever someone wants to start a new forum and needs a reason to scare users into joining it.
