Hi, I have a H3D II with a 40mp sensor and the sensor wont communicate through the cable to my computer, I know its the sensor because I have an Imagebank II that connects just fine, Is there a camera repair place that anyone knows that would fix it fast and reasonable or should I just send it back to Hasselblad for repair?

Have you contacted Hasselblad?
They can give you a more complete list than anyone here.

I have used to very good places. They are "Authorized Camera Repair" in Willow Grove PA just outside Phila. and "Photo Tech" in NYC.

Welcome to UHH.
If it was my camera, I would send it back to Hasselblad or one of their authorized service centers. I would start with Hasselblad first.
