Importing key words from Lightroom to On1 Raw

When I open up my pictures in On1 Raw I do not see the keywords that I tagged the pictures within Lightroom. Any suggestions?

Also, I know ON1Raw has a migration tool for the Lightroom catalog, but was wondering if this would affect my Lightroom catalog and whether I can migrate more than 1 catalog? I would appreciate any help.

I usually get an auto response saying they are very busy, and will respond in a few days. They always have. Sorry you have not had a good experience.

In Lightroom you need to save the keywords to each files metadata. It will then show up in OnOne. Also File Explorer if using Windows.
