Help with Photo Contest Part 1

The local chamber is doing a postcard contest where it will choose a photo taken in the county will be used as a postcard. I have a few that I "think" may be worthy but would like ya'lls opinion as well. Keep in mind I live in west TX where it's flat and pretty ugly. Any feedback would be appreciated.

I like the last one. Like the rainbow also, too bad you didn't move to the left and had the rainbow going into the ground at the oil pumper. Would have looked like that's where the gold is. I also like all your sunsets. Thanks for sharing.

I didn't think about that but will remember it for the next rainbow :) Thanks for the tip. That's definitely where the "gold" is in west TX right now.

I am drawn to the third one with the sunset and birds in the foreground (ducks?).
I think the first one would be better if you had gotten in a little closer. I don't think the water adds to the picture.
In my opinion the forth would be better with less foreground.
Again on the last flag pic. It would have been better had you been closer and the flags filling more of the frame.

#3 the colors, and the cropping would be perfect for a post card. #4 is also a fav.

I like the 4th one. It's just something about a sunset picture,most people I know always like a nice picture of a sunset.
