I got a bee...

I finally got lucky and shot a bee. I was using my tripod and I focused on a Poppy when this huge bee landed.
I only had my 18-55mm lens and my focal length was all the way out. I had set the camera to use my remote which I think helped a lot to make the focus clear and this is what I got.
Then I cropped it and all I did in PP is sharpen it to bring out the detail on it's wings other than that no other PP was done to it...well except for the frame.
I like how it turned out whatcha think :?:

Learning techniques and fundimentals along with shot preparation is very important, but remember shooting candid and nature shots, 'LUCK' plays a large part of our success. Good shooting and PP work.

Thank you and yes I am finding this out. I see all these pictures of birds here on this site and they are so good. I try and try and manage to get the birds butt most of the time :lol: I will keep trying Hey I got my bee. :thumbup:
