At the recent terrorist attack in Manchster 22 people including children were murdered and 59 others seriously injured.
One 8 year old girl, Saffie Rose Roussos was killed in the blast and her mother Lisa Roussos was seriously injured and is still unconscious in hospital.
Saffie's mother does not know that her daughter was murdered.
The reason for my post is that Saffie's father and mother ran the locally very well known fish and chip shop here in Leyland.
I have attached a couple of photographs showing the hundreds of floral tributes laid in front of the chip shop.

I am a Brit, been in USA since 1956.

I am appalled by this type of terrorist action no matter where it happens.

The wanton killing of innocent people at a concert where they knew children and a lot of young people would be is unforgivable.

Praises to the Manchester police and the Scotland Yard folk for their rapid and effective response.

Our prayers go out to the family and to all the folk in Manchester.

My Mom was born in South Shields.

Clay family still very prominent in Sunderland area. Nursery Garden folk.

No sense in this type of tyranny and terrorist acts.

Since WWII, the world has made War "safe"; we are no longer allowed to kill innocents and rape survivors. Now, in the years since the gulf war, terrorist organizations have put these rules aside and gone back to the phrase "War is hell". They know their wives and children are safe, they know we won't strike back at what is important to them, they know that their name will live beyond their days, and so they attack. They will continue to attack and strike fear into our children until the "civilized"nations of the world rises up and decides to eliminate the houses they operate from, the neighborhoods that protect them, and take out their human shields of hospitals and schools.

Understand, I am not supporting or promoting this action by the nations of the world, but the world is rapidly coming to the point of fight or die.
