And you don't have problem with supply right? Someone told me that few people have the K-1 because it's in short supply.
Usually the launch price for a Pentax camera includes an "early adopter tax" - the price goes down in a few weeks after really eager purchasers have spent their money. The K-1, in contrast, launched at $1799, then in a few weeks was at $1999; my interpretation was that demand was more robust than they had expected. Things seem to have settled down now, and as of this morning the B&H price is $1897.

One camera sold per month from one business owner, isn't bad at all. That's about 12 per year. I realize Pentax can't compete with Nikon or Canon in marketing, but Pentax needs to do something about their marketing flaws. Especially if they had a quality, inexpensive, full frame camera available to consumers. Now, the Nikon D810 price has been reduced. That's not good news now, for Pentax's K-1 future sales. Thanks for your reply.

Mas24, to make a comment like the one that you did , I gotta ask, do you run a camera stor or do you just like blowing smoke up peoples ass.
