I have a Canon 70D. The four-digit number it puts on each shot has reached 9999 and now it is starting to add a suffix, like 9999_123. I can't figure out how to reset the number to 0001. Can someone help? Thanks

Go to your menu and there will be a file numbering. On my 7d it is list under the wrench one setting. select the one of three options and you can change your numbering to fit your desires.

You were right, it was the first wrench menu.
Thanks!
