My daughter is a VP of "Employee Engagement" at a very large PR firm and she writes a lot of s**t like that that 'sounds good' but really means nothing. Her accounts like REI, Starbucks, Shell, Microsoft, Amazon, etc. pay a hell of a lot for it, too.
