Being disappointed about PopPhoto's demise and further frustrated with the publisher's sending me a letter saying that my subscription was transferred to Popular Science or I could select one of their other mags instead, a couple of days ago I fired off an email to PopPhoto telling them that their offer was totally unacceptable and that I wanted a refund for the unused portion of the $26 I paid them for my 3-year PopPhoto subscription. This morning I got an email back from customer service saying that a refund check for $18 was in the mail. So, if any of you are ex-PopPhoto subscribers and don't want any of the substitute mags they offered, email them at
www.popphoto.com (scroll down to customer service) and ask for a refund.

Thanks that's good to know, although I don't really care, as it was just 5 bucks a year (even though I think my subscription is still good til 22), but I really don't remember as it was many years ago, the last time I subscribed ( probably over 10 years)!
