Here is a link i was given by picsbywayne, thanks bro, to find the Shutter Actuation's for my T2I/550D.

You will have to install an Active X control and be using the 32bit version of Internet Explorer to make it work. It worked for me, YAY, and the Time/Date sync worked as well. For all Canon users that have been looking for a way to find the Shutter Actuation's on their camera's, this may be the site for you.

http://eoscount.com/

The following info is straight from this web site's FAQ

Which cameras are supported for shutter count retrieval?

Single-DIGIC III and all DIGIC IV EOS cameras are supported. For example, shutter count can be read from the
•Rebel XS / 1000D / Kiss F
•Rebel XSi / 450D / Kiss X2
•Rebel T1i / 500D / Kiss X3
•Rebel T2i / 550D / Kiss X4
•Rebel T3 / 1100D / Kiss X50
•Rebel T3i / 600D / Kiss X5
•60D
•7D
•5D Mark II
•1D Mark IV

DIGIC II and dual DIGIC III cameras are not supported. For example, shutter count is not available for the original 5D (Mark I), the 1D Mark III, and the 1Ds Mark III.

You may want to remove the Canon 7D for now.

Should work on the 7D I used his link to get the shutter count on my 60D and it worked just fine. If I am not mistaken the 60D and 7D share the same processor.

Thanks for posting the link!

I own an XS and this offers me the only way to keep track of the shutter count because Canon has made it not
available - don't ask, I have no idea why.

FYI it seems to work for EOS 40D as well.
