You might enjoy trying to get them to land on you. Sometimes they're very eager for the last feeding of the evening before they go off to roost. If you wrap your fingers around the feeder, they'll perch on you as they feed. It takes a bit of patience, and holding still, but it doesn't take long before they get up enough nerve and trust to land. It's quite a thrill. The only problem is getting shots while you're playing statue. Unless you have someone to get the shots or some kind of remote rigged up, you'll just have to enjoy the experience with nothing to prove it.
