Is this too much, particularly the 500mm?
I used the Canon Rebel T3 and Sigma 150-500 lens. Original was in raw and I converted to jpeg in Elements 9, then I cropped both to try to improve the position of the sun. I'll post a before and after cropping on each. I tried to follow rule of 1/3 but I'm having trouble getting accustom to that. I would have done a comparative on wide angle lens but not enought time, the sun was getting too bright. The first was shot at 0700 and second 0701.
You will also notice I removed the power lines in PP. Please C&C.
original before cropping (174mm)
f/25, 1/200, iso 200
original before cropping (500mm)
f/29, 1/200, iso 100
I like #2 a lot.I had a poster like that once.Jen :-)
I like the first two; definitely frame-worthy. Great job!
Liked the cropped 500 shot. Awesome.
I too like #1 and #2 the most, while the others are fine, I am a sucker for water reflections, and think that adds a great deal to the pic

Both versions of #1 work, remember the rule of 1/3rd's is a guideline not a must do!
Sunfish...I gotta go with the crowd and vote for #1 and #2 So pretty :D :D :D
