Within the past two weeks, I have suffered through a spam explosion. Has anybody else noticed this problem, or is it just me?
My gmail, being gmail, has behaved normally because the spam filter is on. I missed an important E-mail through my web host a couple of years ago because of their spam filter. With that domain, I used to go through the normal mail and then through the spam most every day. Most. The critical message went by the day I didn't look through the spam so I decided, "What the hell," if I'm going to have to look at them all, anyway, why not just turn the spam filter off.
Until about two weeks ago, that worked just fine. Del-del-del, and the span went into the ether with a few seconds work. The deluge started while I was out in the field and I didn't notice the spam volume increase because the day after is always a lot of spam removal.
Just curious.
What email software are your using?
I get more SPAM e-mail, than good e-mail. Same way with my landline phone. It starts ringing at 9 AM 7 days a week. I would be better off using the CW Code.
