Just returned my LX100 (bought to replace my LX3) after using it for a week. I really liked it until I went to setup for video and found that it was an International version camera(PAL). It was listed for a very good price and did not say "This is an International version...). So I found out that the expression "if it's too good to be true, IT IS! now for some more research.

Another expression is "That you live and learn." My father's favorite to me when I was young.

If it seems too good to be true, it more than likely is not true. There are always a few really good bargains out there that we happen upon, but it always comes down to "buyer beware". Still, if you pay the extra money for the US warranty XL100, you will have everything you had in the other one plus a little more. You just have to mentally adjust to the fact that you have to pay more for that little more.
