At the risk of sounding a pedant, and believe me how I enjoy these pix, could we please include even the photographic rudiments of lighting and settings so that we can all better our lofty craft? Thanks!

Why are you asking, both of those are things you can see, or do.. you mean camera settings?!! Methinks that quality in this genre is way way more than about lighting and camera settings. Good lighting and camera settings and settings, are a necessary but not sufficient condition for getting good results. There is another level to this art. That is the harder part.
