Fr. Jack's images, posted the day before yesterday, and the subsequent discussion prompted me to post a couple of my images from Slovenia. We cruised from Athens to Venice, and when I saw that Slovenia was on the itinerary, I gave out with an excited yawn. "Slovenia! Who goes to Slovenia?" I mused. Well, I've been there, and it's wonderful. If you ever have a chance, go there.

Beautiful. This shows why Eastern European Cities are used by Hollywood when they are shooting movies that depict life in earlier times. Old, but well preserved as if the buildings were built yesterday.
