Ordering from these companies

Does anyone hsve experience dealong with either Electronic Products Camfere or Buylor.
I have ordered s 50 mm lens. From Camfere and it has been almost a month and a half still no delivery. Tracking just says in transit.
Same type of issues with the Butlor tripoed head.

Six weeks with no delivery sounds like a problem. You might speak with your bank about stopping payment on that check. Any communication other than "in transit" from either company? Does their website provide any links to "customer service" or any other way to contact them? One advantage about buying on eBay is that they will get behind you in a dispute of this nature, but so will your credit card (Visa or MasterCard).

I never dealt with either company, but it's time to start getting that charge investigated.

I will never understand the allure of dealing with an unknown entity to save a few dollars as opposed to dealing with reputable, professional retailers. SMH . . .

Jerry, sorry you are having problems. They are not main stream companies to do business with. contact your credit card company to refute charges. Us hogs believe in the abc's of buying.

Camfere tells you right on their site that they're in China, so it's pretty assured they didn't pass it off to their local
FedEx guy, but rather it's coming on a slow boat 'from' China !!

Add said,shipped from NY. Dound,after the order was placed and processed itvsaid tglhat it coukd be shipoed from the China facility. After many atfemts,ri get ansers from customer service they said itvwas,ahipled from China and could tajrme from 90vto 129vdays to arrive. We shall see
