The plywood looks like an accident waiting to happen!
He is dressed a lot like some of my college students when they managed to show up for an 8:00 class.

Thanks HOHIMER, glad you liked the image. This was taken during French Quarter Fest in New Orleans. There are 23 stages set up in and around the French Quarter where over 270 bands perform over 4 days. This venue was at the old mint built about 150 - 200 years ago. If I have my facts straight it is the only mint that issued both Confederate and U. S. money in it's life span. You can see part of the music stage set up in the upper left of the image. The concrete rails, I suspect, were stairs at one time and the plywood was there to assist the handicapped to get closer to the stage.
