While organizing photos, I came across this one. This is one of the first photos I took when I got my first DSLR. Thought it was worth sharing. This little bird was inside a Bear habitat, at a college campus. I was taking pictures of the Bears, and then turned my camera, on to this little fellow. To be able to see what/who was behind us sometimes!! BTW, I took this through a chain link fence, in case some, might not know what the curvy lines, in the photo were.

To check out what is behind you when your mind is focused on a something else (bear pics) is such a good reminder!! My big lesson came when I was focusing on and photographing a sunset, only to see a more brilliant sky behind me that I totally missed (film days...and ran out of film!).

Fun shot, and the swirly lines,out of focus, make for an interesting background.

Thanks so much! yes you are right, we need to stop and look all around us. What we think is the obvious choice, is not always the case. Late response to your comment, but I have not been on here much in the past few weeks.
