What you have here Larry is a Mangrove Skipper (Phocides pigmalion) is a member of the Spread Wing Skippers of the Hesperidae family of butterflies. Your bee is probably a Metallic Green Bee or an Orchid Bee. An outstanding set. Well done.

Ah Doc - you came through for me! Much appreciated. I've spent several hours looking through online references. I had it as a skipper and a member of the Hesperidae family, but this one seems to be ignored by every one.
