My granddaughter does boutique modeling, and I have always hired a photographer to take the pics for me. I'm so critical of myself. I took the first two a while back, and still hired a photographer to take them. Not enough confidence in my work. But it is getting better. I think I am ready for taking on some of the modeling jobs. I have done a few myself, since the first ones and actually submitted them to the boutique. So far no complaints, but any feedback is welcomed. I also took some indoor ones a few weeks ago using my speed light. I think they are ok, being as it was a first time using it. I had to spot remove a loose string from the headband, that was hanging down in her face, and it left skin discoloration on her forehead. That is why I can't "wait" to learn Adobe PS and LR!! Anyone that can/wants to fix it for me, I'd greatly appreciate it.

Beautiful granddaughter! Lovely images all. There is something especially appealing (to me) about that B&W image but I think it would benefit from closer cropping-

Thank you! I will def. go back and do that. I was trying not to crop out her little "heels" she loves so much :)But I agree, could bring her in a little closer.

What a beautiful little girl you have there. The photos are well done. Looks like you are getting where you wanted to be and you won't need professional photos any longer.
