I have just registered with the Ugly Hedgehog Forum in the hope that I will gain further insight to the photographic world as I am on a large learning curve in photography. Another reason was to reply to a comment I saw about a Zen Tilt plate attachment which was retailing at a "special" intro price of USD$56. I too thought this to be a good item to have and so made a purchase. After doing so, decided to check out if same item was sold on eBay. I should not have been surprised to see a similar item for a much cheaper price. Of course the product name was different and it was manufactured in an Asian country so not sure if quality would be the same. In the interim I have sent an email to Zen Tilt asking them to confirm their product's specifications which incidentally was not listed on their purchase site nor in their video promo. Am hoping that Zen Tilt will respond quickly to my questions. If I'm not satisfied with their product they offer a 30 day full refund period which I will certainly use. For other readers of Ugly Hedgehog Forum who think that the Zen Tilt price is too hefty for this item perhaps they would care to check out the alternative on eBay.

Welcome to the forum. IF you wait a few days I'll let you know what the Zen Tilt is like. I ordered one. It's been shipped and should be here in a few days. I actually got this for my son to try with his interest in close up photography, but I'll try it out too. this was an impulse purchase on my part. Time will tell.
