I have a 200-400 F4L IS w/1.4 Conv
I just sold my house to move in with my son, and i'm selling most of my Canon equipment and going to a smaller Sony point and shoot. At 70 in finding I can't lug around the heavy equip anymore much less keep steady when trying to shoot.
Send me a private message and let me know what you'd be willing to pay. I bought the lens in Late Feb 2015 and have used it sparingly. I have original suitcase and shipping box. It appears brand new.

Thank you, but no, $5,000 won't do it for me. I bought it from B&H for $11,900 (a couple of months later Canon reduced the price to $10,900, where it stands today).
Canon professional lenses hold their value really well. Your offer world be a little less than half of a new one today.
The lens would probably be rated somewhere between a 9 and a 10.
I can send you shots i've taken with it and can take some cell phone photos of it and the case, so you can appreciate how really new looking this lens appears.
I've sold a 5D Mark II, a 300mm F4.5L IS,
and I am in negotiation with a guy at church for my 100-400mm F4.5-5.6L IS.
