Apparently not available yet, it's a kickstarter project, the early donors get first crack at the product, if it makes it into production. (Not all kickstarter projects get that far.)

Having several pounds worth and quite possibly over $1000 in lenses where they can get bumped into sounds a bit risky to me, but I'm a bit of a klutz.

I wasn't aware it's a kickstarter project. Thanks mikenolan.

I would only carry 2 lenses on it...I would need to have a place to put the lens I take off as they demonstrate, but it's possible to carry three.

I thought it looked interesting.
Something sort of similar, I love my Lens Flipper which holds one lens and a place to put the one you're using.
Keeps me from carrying a bag around.
You do have to be careful with bumping into things, but for some of my event shooting, carrying a bag gets to be a bit bulky in tight venues.

What's new about that? I have one made from leather. It holds a rapier, a main gauche, a coin pouch, a flask and a few other accoutrements, including a camera if I need one!

It's enough to press the point home.

An unfortunate trip and fall and one will put three lenses at risk of direct impact. However careful, accidents do happen. Unlike with the lens on the camera, one can't easily maneuver these hip-attached lenses out of harm's way while falling. In my opinion, a camera bag is a far safer way to carry additional lenses; at least there is some cushioning for them if the bag hits the ground.

Sometimes what may initially seem like a good idea really isn't when you consider possible scenarios and resulting consequences.

I was taught to take precautions when changing lenses. Get in out of the wind, do this, do that. Not much precautionary procedures going on here.
It looks more like it's built for people who need to change lenses quick, and are set up to use OP lenses.

I have no inherent problem with kickstarter projects, I got a SHOTBOX light box for Christmas that was from a kickstarter project, works pretty good. (The only real problem is that it was clearly designed by someone who only uses a cell phone or tablet camera, not a SLR, and some of the holes you're supposed to shoot photos through are smaller than the size opening needed by a lens.)

But this one doesn't sound like something I'd use.

I use a similar 2-lens holder by Peak Design.

Yes, I've seen it and similar. None of those things appeal to me. Looks like an accident waiting to happen.

And imagine how it would feel to fall on those three lenses.

IMHO, Too much weight in one location (or buy 2 and walk sideways through doorways) and possible lens damage. 👎

That's why you need two of them - one on each side.

Accessorize it with a 10-gallon hat and boots with spurs.
