Advice on cropping

Any advice on how to better crop this pic? Trying to follow the rule of thirds........but it just looks to open on the left side! First pic was the original sht

Must be inherint with my breed ,I'm a jewler/watchmaker seems like everytime I show her a ring I've designed she says thats great! Then I tell her I think I have away to make even better. In the long run I realize shes right In my gut I thought that but NO I had to make it better.Thanks for your input

I think that the 3rds one is fine.
The centered one could be cropped tighter though....both are good.

The crop I chose was based on that gorgeous sky that is a lot more interesting than the foreground, and the sky enhances the image of the sun....

My other 2 cents worth..I like the first one because of the branches hanging over top of the pic. gives the sun a feeling of depth.
